Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery is the first film of a series of racy James Bond spoofs, a comedy filled with verbal and visual gags. Mike Myers is a 60’s spy who was cryogenically frozen and then unfrozen in the 1990’s to battle the villainous Dr. Evil (also played by Myers). International Man of Mystery is well known for its hilarious comedy scenes that depict Dr. Evil’s bizarre relationship with his cloned son Scott Evil – the scene where he continually shushes Scott as well as the cheekily inappropriate Family Counseling speech Dr. Evil gave to Scott’s therapist.
