Interesting Movie Clips

Doctor Zhivago is a beautiful film well worth watching, but two scenes stand out among the rest.  First is the surgion Dr. Yuri Zhivago’s final goodbye to his lover, Lara Antipova who was escaping execution.  His sad last gaze at her from a second story window is a scene that will bring tears to anyone’s eyes.  The next memorable scene is the death of the aging Dr. Zhivago himself.  When he saw Lara by chance walking among people in a crowded street in Russia, he chased after her and suddenly got a heart attack from the strain and effort as he tried to call her attention.  Oblivious, Lara walks on and he collapses and dies.
